So excited - we are jumping on a big plane and travelling to the other side of the world!
All going well, the plan is to go to Poland first, via London and Berlin. MOH (My Other Half) has family there, and we are looking forward to meeting them all.
Then, back to Berlin for a short stay and a look around - including the Steiff shop (I hope it's still there), and on to England. Can't wait to revisit York and London, and other places in between. MOH hasn't been to England before, but I know after our short stay he will want to go back again soon for a good long look around - fingers crossed!
We still have a few things to organise - cars, spending money and some accommodation! Minor details! The main thing is that we have our tickets and we are definitely going! Hooray!!

Don't forget to look in Harrods in London for Steiff as well. And the big department store chain Kaufhof Galleria will also have lots of Steiff, including some that may be sold out in the Steiff shop.
Can't wait to read your diary - should be as good as hiding in your suitcase!

Thanks for the advice, Audrey. I'll keep those shops in mind - always on the lookout for a good bear! Reading the blog will be far more comfortable than hiding in the suitcase, I assure you, besides I need the space for souvenirs of the furry variety!
